We are able to offer the installation of internal structured cabling using FTP or UTP Cat5e, Cat6 type cables, offered in many configurations, sizes and containment infrastructures.
Modern structured cabling systems are made up of central cabinets on each floor, housing patch panels, network switches and telephone system links. The patch panels are directly connected to floor or wall outlets, capable of delivering either a voice or data signal to the desktop, as required.
The individual floor cabinets are then linked via either copper or fibre-optic backbone cables to the network fileservers and telephone system to create an integrated data and voice network.
Additional signal types such as CCTV, public address, video and audio can also be carried across the same structure.
Office re-locations and expansions are therefore greatly simplified by the ability to patch any required services to any nearby available network outlet.

Types of cables
Cat5e – 1 Gigabit Ethernet over copper cabling system. It provides a secure, cost effective and flexible cabling system solution for running today’s LAN protocols and high speed applications.
Cat6 – Category 6 performance cabling system, it is interoperable with standards compliant products and fully backwards compatible to lower performance classes. Cat6 supports Power over Ethernet (PoE and PoEP) applications including VoIP, WLAN access points and Security cameras etc.
Cat6a – 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper cabling systems have been heralded as the greatest technological revolution in networking since the birth of Ethernet. It offers greater bandwidth, maximum transmission reliability, life long quality of operation and resilience against environmental challenges
Cat7 – Designed for use in Class F and FA systems and backwards compatible to lower classes. It is suitable for use in high data rate LAN systems for providing a platform for transmissions of multi-media and broadcast technologies.
