Purple Communications reacted quickly to an urgent request from Honeywell UK.
We received a call from one of Honeywells UK offices based near Chichester in West Sussex. They reported one of their fibre optic links was down and could we investigate.
From the initial request we had a fibre optic engineer on site in less than 3 hours, our engineer quickly identified the problem and had them back up and running within 30 minutes of being on site.
